Bank of China Hong Kong Tennis Open Volunteer Recruitment
The Bank of China Hong Kong Tennis Open is a ATP sanctioned 250 Series Event, returning for its sixth edition in 2023. Owned by the Hong Kong, China Tennis Association and supported by the Hong Kong Government, the Tournament is a community sports event with the goals of engaging people from all walks of life and fostering a passion for sport and physical activity in the region. The Tournament will see more than 40 of the world’s best female players competing in singles and doubles at the iconic Victoria Park Tennis Stadium in the heart of the city from 7-15 October 2023.
The Bank of China Hong Kong Tennis Open is recruiting volunteers in the following areas:

Volunteer Benefits: Meals during onsite working hours, daily travelling allowance and tournament uniform.

  • Interest in Tennis
  • Able to work at least 5 days for the event
  • A good working attitude, with a commitment to work all days signed up for and to give best efforts to fulfill all duties of the position.

Declaration for applicants aged 18 or above
I will take part in the Hong Kong Tennis Open (“HKTO”) volunteer services as indicated in the application form at my own risk and hereby exonerate and indemnify HKTOEM, its staff and sponsors from and against any proceedings, claims and demands whatsoever arising from any injuries or sickness howsoever sustained or contracted by myself during my participation in the volunteer services. Also, I declare that I am physically fit and able to participate in the volunteer services. I also grant the right to HKTOEM to film videos and take photos of mine during the event. HKTOEM can use the photos and videos taken for marketing and promotion purposes in the future.

I acknowledge that I am the natural and lawful parent of the applicant and I understand and agree that the applicant will take part in the Hong Kong Tennis Open (“HKTO”) volunteer services as indicated in the application form at his/her own risk and hereby exonerate and indemnify the HKTOEM, its staff and sponsors from and against any proceedings, claims and demands whatsoever arising from any injuries or sickness howsoever sustained or contracted by the applicant during his/her participation in the volunteer services.
